These Terms of Use (the «Terms») govern the relationship between the User and Gurmaev Tamirlan Muslamovich (the «Owner», «we») when using the Vay Dahar mobile application (the «App») and the website vaydahar.ru (the «Site»), together the «Service». By using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Vay Dahar is a free digital travel guide to the Chechen Republic: attractions, routes, restaurants, events, accommodation, transport, and the region's history and culture. The information in the Service is for reference purposes only.

2. Rules of use

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;
• copy, distribute, or use the Service's content for commercial purposes without the rights holder's written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, and infrastructure;
• create excessive load, perform automated data collection (scraping), or interfere with the normal operation of the Service;
• decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the App's source code.

3. Intellectual property

All Service materials (texts, photographs, graphics, design, logo, icons, software code) are the intellectual property of the Owner or are used with the permission of the rights holders and are protected by law. Use of the materials without permission is not allowed.

4. Accuracy of information

We strive to keep the information current and accurate, but we do not guarantee its absolute accuracy and completeness. Opening hours, prices, availability of sites, and the condition of routes may change. We recommend verifying information with primary sources before visiting.

5. Third-party services and links

The Service uses Yandex mapping services (Yandex Maps / MapKit) and may contain links to third-party resources (social networks, venue websites). We do not control third-party resources and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. The use of mapping services is subject to the terms of the respective provider.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided «as is» and «as available». To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• inaccuracies or incompleteness of reference information;
• temporary unavailability or interruptions in the Service;
• any decisions and actions taken based on information from the Service;
• damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Availability of the Service

We may change, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes arising in connection with the use of the Service are to be resolved in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
